Do you only act in Alicante?
Our office is in Alicante and we cover the Costa Blanca and the Region of Murcia in person. For other regions of Spain we operate through our selected network of partner firms.
Can you act under power of attorney?
Yes. Most of our international clients grant a notarised power of attorney so we can complete NIE, bank account, signing and registration without them needing to travel.
How are your fees structured?
For conveyancing we charge a fixed fee of typically 1–1.5% of the purchase price, with a minimum. Other services are quoted on engagement. We disclose all fees in writing before any work starts.
