Accessibility commitment
Vidale Group is committed to making its website https://vidalegroup.com accessible in accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 1112/2018 of 7 September, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of the public sector, transposing Directive (EU) 2016/2102.
This statement applies to all content of the institutional website, including the main landings, the property and project portfolios, the contact form and the supporting legal pages.
Compliance status
This website aims to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. The current state is **partially compliant**: most criteria are met, with the exceptions listed in the next section. A formal third-party audit is scheduled for completion within the next 12 months.
Non-accessible content
The following items are known to fall short of full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance:
· Some images uploaded historically may have empty alternative text. We are reviewing the media library and adding descriptive alt text to every image used in editorial content.
· Embedded third-party widgets (Google Maps preview, social network previews) inherit the accessibility of the underlying provider and may not be fully conformant.
· PDF documents linked from the site are not always tagged for screen-reader navigation. We are working to remediate or replace them with HTML alternatives.
Methods of evaluation
The conformance assessment combines automated tooling (axe DevTools, Lighthouse, WAVE), manual testing against the WCAG 2.1 AA checklist and screen-reader walkthroughs (NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS/iOS). The next external audit will be carried out by an independent UNE 139803-certified provider.
Feedback and contact
If you encounter an accessibility issue, need information in an accessible format or wish to suggest an improvement, please write to info@vidalegroup.com (subject "Accessibility — vidalegroup.com"). We aim to acknowledge every report within 5 working days and to apply a fix or proposal within 30 working days.
Enforcement procedure
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Web Accessibility Observatory (Portal de Administración Electrónica · administracionelectronica.gob.es) which oversees compliance with Royal Decree 1112/2018.
Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 26 April 2026 by self-assessment, conducted by the Vidale Group editorial team with technical support from the agency in charge of the platform. It will be reviewed at least annually and after every major redesign.
