Approach

The intervention combined a fabric-first technical strategy with a clear commercial brief. We led the project from acquisition through design, construction and final repositioning — coordinating architects, contractors, building inspectors and tax advisers under a single project director.

On the legal side our team handled urban-planning approvals, contractor agreements, certifications and any incidents during the works, leaving the client a turnkey result with full administrative traceability.

Outcome

The asset was returned to the market with materially improved energy performance, optimised internal layouts and an updated commercial story aligned with current demand from international buyers and tenants.
