Carlos Vidal founded Vidale Group to bridge the gap between Spanish legal practice and the operational needs of international real-estate investors. He holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Alicante, complemented by international academic and professional experience in Europe, the United States and Latin America.
Over the past years he has advised clients from five continents on legal structuring, real-estate acquisition and residency procedures in Spain, with a focus on senior involvement and integrated coordination across legal, financial and renovation work-streams.
